Free and ample parking is available at Empire State Ambulatory Surgery Center

A family member or friend must accompany you to and from Empire State Ambulatory Surgery Center. YOU MAY NOT DRIVE AFTER SURGERY.

Take a shower or bath the day of the procedure. Remove all make-up and body piercings. Wear comfortable clothing that is easy to get into after your surgery.

All valuables should be left at home. Contact lenses may not be worn during surgery. Please bring your lens case. Young children may bring a favorite toy or blanket.

Please bring a list of all medications you currently take, including over the counter, vitamins, herbs, and supplements.
